Khasi Tribe villagers deep inside the valleys of Meghalaya in India make bridges using tree roots, They grow ficus trees on either side of a river and slowly direct the roots to join midway to form a living crossing
The tribes' strongest living bridges can carry more than 50 people at once and can live to more than 180 years old
