Made @ home. 1 hour. 1KG fresh lamb. Marinate in garlic & ginger. Brown in 2 tbl spoon oil. Add 1 packet National Biryani Mix. Add 1.5 cups of Basmati rice. Add 3 cups water. Stir for 2 mins. Transfer to oven dish. Cover and put in oven at 400F for 35 mins. Take out and serve.
