Addressing a press conference on the eve of New Year Day, here, Home Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram, said visa rules have been relaxed for tourists who use India as a base to go to neighbouring countries. “They can avail of three entries within 60 days, if there is sufficient information on the itinerary”.
