The concept of the bakehouse was conceived during Suchali’s travel to Europe. With the thought that she would have loved to make the people around her to experience the authentic taste, she started baking croissants. Her journey to create a nuance of fresh baked produce was accompanied by her friend and partner Mitali, who gave the brand a certain envisaged platform.
